Tip #3: Fear is Good-
Wild Animals are Wild for a Reason
Although many wild animals appear cute and cuddly, they are wild and may bite, so respect their space. Also, an animal that is not wary of humans is either unaware of what we are or habituated to us; either scenario can reduce an animals survival rate. So, if you see an animal scurry away from you, do not pursue it, its sense of fear is good.

Tip #4: Don't Pet the Animals-
Not All Animals Make Good Pets
Some people think domesticating an animal is a noble act, but not all animals make good pets. Big cats like lions, cheetahs, and tigers may be cute as cubs, but they are tractable at best (they can be trained, but not tamed). Animals like reptiles often over stay their welcome and then end up being re-released, only to die in the wild. All animals are best off learning from their own. For animals that are unable to survive in the wild, they are better off at a facilty with trained animal experts, than someone wanting to show off their exotic pets. |
