What We Do
WADU (Wildlife & Animal Documentaries Unleashed) is division of KEA Productions specializing in
feature and short documentary videos about wildlife and animals. WADU is the pet project (pun
intended) of Kamala Appel, the Director/Producer of the award-winnig ANIMAL
CRACKERS .
WADU supports animals and wildlife by educating people about animals and
the environmental issues that they face in the wild.
We at WADU support the efforts of organizations that physically support animals through rescue,
research, rehabilitation, and onsite education and exhibition. By telling their stories, we
support the marketing efforts of these organizations. And in turn, we believe that we can help
these organizations help wildlife stay healthy, enabling the earth's many diverse species to
thrive on our planet.

How We Do It
The organizations we support know how to help wildlife stay healthy in the wild or,
if need be, be happy living in captivity. We at WADU know how to tell the stories
with dignity and honesty. We produce WADU mini-docs and WADU Moments (documentary-style videos) to educate and
entertain people.

Things Anyone Can Do to Help Wildlife:
|
1. Grocery List-
What Not to Buy at the Local Store Did
you know that feeding ducks bread can kill them? Their food is stored in
a crop prior to further digestion in the stomach. Since they live by
water, food like bread expands in the crop and prevents them from
digesting their food. So if you feel that you must feed a wild duck,
then buy some wild bird seed.
